NASB Financial, Inc. was formed as a unitary thrift holding company of North American Savings Bank, F.S.B. (North American or the Bank). The Bank's primary market area includes the counties of Jackson, Cass, Clay, Buchanan, Andrew, Platte, and Ray in Missouri, and Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas. The Bank has nine retail deposit offices in Missouri, including one each in Grandview, Lee's Summit, Independence, Harrisonville, Excelsior Springs, Platte City and St. Joseph, and two in Kansas City. North American also operates loan production offices in Lee's Summit and Springfield in Missouri, Overland Park and Leawood in Kansas.
