WMIS maintains MRTG graphing and pro-active "ping" monitoring of dedicated connections. If your router or circuit goes down, chances are we'll know it before you do. Our support technicians are notified within 5 minutes of a failure. They are notified by email, pager, and NexTel notifications. WMIS requires each dedicated customer to supply us with a list of contacts that we can call when we see a failure. If you are anticipating maintenance on your network, we would appreciate a heads up in advance.
