US Xchange, L.L.C. ("US Xchange") provides Internet access services ("Internet Services") to you as an authorized customer ("Customer" or "you"), subject to the terms of this Agreement and US Xchange's Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy"). This Agreement and the Policy are binding agreements and will be referred to collectively as the "Agreement." At your request, US Xchange may provide additional goods and services, such as web page design, consulting, software, hardware and hardware installation, in connection with the Internet Services. Your use of, and payment for, such additional services, will also be governed by the terms of this Agreement. US Xchange may change this Agreement at any time, and such changes will take effect thirty (30) days after the posting of such change ("Effective Date") on US Xchange's web site, www.usxchange.net. Such changes may include, but will not be limited to, changes to billing rates and account surcharges, billing methods, and changes to the services provided through the Internet Services. US Xchange may also change the Policy at any time. Changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review the Agreement and the Policy periodically to be aware of such changes. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership as provided in Section IV below. Your continued use of the Internet Services following the Effective Date of any such change constitutes acceptance of all such changes.
