We will continue in our efforts to educate and certify our staff in USPS sponsored quality programs such as the Mailpiece Quality Control Program (MQC). The MQC program supports our sales personnel and client services representatives, enabling them to accomplish their jobs proficiently and confidently. As one of the first to certify for the Mail Preparation Total Quality Management (MPTQM) program; and retaining MQC specialists on site, we continue to demonstrate our support to the USPS quality programs. We are committed to anticipating and fulfilling our clients mailing and marketing needs to give them the greatest value for the highest quality product/service. We recognize that the heart and soul of our business is basic First-Class Prebarcoding/Presorting mail. Without this foundation, there is no basis for our diversity: for all classes of mail, all the marketing projects revert back to the prebarcoding and presorting of mail. Ultimately, the overall growth and use of technology in our world today has required similar growth and advancement in our industry. It has become the inherit nature of the presorted mailing business to demand the creation of new solutions to better, faster delivery of our client's mail. We continue to nurture and expand this portion of our core business by developing programs that will facilitate the delivery of all types of mail. These beliefs have moved us from a small hand-sort operation into a sophisticated, automated environment. We will achieve these objectives by seeking out and employing the best people in their fields.
