Opp Consruction was founded in 1978 by Greg Opp in Grand Forks, ND. Several years later, Opp Construction expanded to Fargo, ND. Patio World, Opp Construction's sister company, manages our paving stone inventory. Opp Construction now has full-service Municipal, Commercial and Residential concrete; Structural and Asphalt construction. Opp Consruction also has a full service Landscape Supply and Service division that has professionals and skilled craftmen in stamped concrete, ICPI certified paving stones, and mulching.
