The Grand Forks Chamber was founded in 1904 and became a charter member of the U.S. Chamber in 1912. In 1956, we changed from a “Civic & Commerce Club” to the “Chamber of Commerce”. In 1987 we received accreditation with 5 year accreditation in 1992. Due to the flood Grand Forks experienced in 1997, re-accreditation was postponed until 1999. In 2000, we received 10 year accreditation status.
