Teche Action Clinic was founded by Teche Action Board, Inc., in 1974 and was the first Federally Qualified Health Center. Every day since our founding, we have committed ourselves to providing compassionate, quality care to residents in our communities, including St. Mary, Terrebonne, St. John, Lafourche, St. James and Assumption Parishes and surrounding areas.
