Richmond Community Federal Credit Union was established in 1961. We currently are a community charter credit union. That mean memberships is available to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in Richmond, Columbia, and McDuffie counties. We also extend our benefits to immediate family members. An immediate family member is defined as a spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, and grandchild. For the purpose of this definition, immediate family also includes stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings, and adoptive relationships. Richmond Community Federal Credit Union is a full service financial institution offering a wide range of products and services including, savings and checking accounts, auto and mortgage loans, VISA credit cards and Individual Retirement accounts. A Credit Union is non-profit. A voluntary Board of Directors governs the Credit Union. Each person that opens an account opens a "share" account, meaning they have a share in the credit union.
