On Fairview Gardens' twelve and a half acres, we produce over one hundred different fruits and vegetables, from arugula to heirloom zucchini. Our emphasis is on premium flavor and quality, so we seek out and grow those varieties that taste best, and harvest them at their peak. All of our produce is grown organically, in a manner that optimizes the health of the farm's ecosystem. Our harvest includes garden-variety items, such as carrots, lettuce, potatoes and broccoli, as well as a number of artisanal foods, including European-style white asparagus, Clementine mandarins, French filet beans, and heirloom tomatoes. In the growing and marketing of the farm's products, we strive to meet the needs of the local community first. The bulk of our food is sold at the farm's produce stand, at area farmers' markets, and to members of our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) harvest share program. The farm also wholesales a limited amount of produce to restaurants.
