The predecessor companies to Centrex Properties, Inc. were established in Goldsboro, North Carolina circa 1906. Centrex Properties has evolved into a multi-faceted commercial real estate, hotel development and management company. During the past several years, Centrex Properties has developed or acquired limited service hotels, shopping centers and office complexes as well as many freestanding commercial buildings and restaurants for lease to national, regional and local tenants. Currently, Centrex Properties manages four limited service hotels, approximately 560,000 square feet of retail shopping center space as well as several office complexes, nearly all of which are located in North Carolina. Centrex Properties has an outstanding staff of experienced and knowledgeable real estate and hotel professionals who have achieved a very high standard of operating performance on all of the properties currently under its management and supervision.
