Info
Fieldstone Art & Framing is a small but dedicated custom picture framing business created and operated by Mary K. Donovan. Mary graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts with a degree in fine arts and a love of drawing and painting. She took up picture framing when, in her own words, "I couldn't afford to frame my own stuff!" Since that time, she has gained over ten years of professional picture framing experience in such noted New England frame shops as The Framer's Market, Deck the Walls, and Indian King Framery. Mary has framed pictures for an impressive list of clients including McDonald's, Congressman Charles Bass, Cascade Systems, Inc., and the Sharon Arts Gallery of Peterborough, NH. Mary has combined her love of drawing and painting with picture framing with her New England Fun Frames line of hand-painted collectible photo frames. She draws each piece, traces it in wood, cuts it, and then hand-paints the individual details that make each piece both whimsical and charming. Each frame is personally painted by Mary to celebrate both country and New England living. Mary's frames are available online at this site and at numerous distinctive retailers in the New England area. Mary's studio is located in Goffstown, New Hampshire where she lives with her husband, Brian, and daughter, Katy Rose.
