BTS Staffing is a full service staffing agency serving the upstate NY area. With offices in Gloversville and Albany, we offer a wide range of staffing services to various clients in the eight counties of the Capital/Saratoga region. Annually we employ over 1000 people at more than 150 companies in administrative, production, warehousing, and professional positions. In April of 1994, we established the business to meet the demand of local employers for a quality staffing service. Drawing on many years of experience in industry as well as human resources, we set out with the mission to exceed our customer's and employee's expectations. After experiencing tremendous success, we opened a second office in January of 1995 in Albany, New York to provide the same outstanding level of service to companies in the Capital District. With the expansion of our office team to include seasoned human resources professionals, we expanded our range of services to include direct hire staffing and human resources consulting. Today BTS Staffing is focused on partnerships. We work diligently to build relationships with our clients. We counsel our employees and help them achieve more than they thought possible.
