West CAP is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. The organization is also a member of WISCAP, Wisconsin's community action association. West CAP serves the Wisconsin counties of Barron, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, and St. Croix. West CAP operates and administers five major programs with grants and contracts totaling around $9 million annually and employing 66 staff persons.
