Cooper's Cave Ale Company is a Brewery in Glens Falls, New York, just minutes from the Saratoga and Lake George region. Started by the Bethel family in 1999 as a Micro Brew, the Bethels have continued to add and expand their offerings to include an ice cream window along the Warren County Bike Trail, ice cream cakes and pies, and the very popular Brew Pub in 2009.
