Eddy Associates, Inc. is a management consulting firm providing customized advisory services to senior executives and other top managers. Programs include coaching and leadership development, executive outplacement, career consulting, interim management and other specialized services. We work primarily with corporate officers and younger executives being groomed for this level as well as their counterparts in professional service firms and non-profit organizations. All our consultants have themselves been senior corporate officers in major corporations and are comfortable and effective in dealing with board level issues.
