Terradatum has been generating real estate technology solutions since 1989. Terradatum was originally founded in 1989. Early product innovations include creation of the Listing Advantage suite of Broker Productivity software and MLSWEB, one of the first fully web- based Internet MLS systems; still used today by thousands of real estate professionals. As a result of these early product development successes, inspiration and a clear market need, BrokerMetrics® & AgentMetrics® were introduced in 2004. Since then, our clients have grown and now include over 2,000 offices located coast to coast. Almost half of our clients are single-office brokers and some of our larger clients cover vast regional geographies ~ all using a simple suite of tools!
