A certified organic processor, Benziger makes several wines from certified organic grapes, which because of limited production are available only at the Winery. This will soon change, as Benziger crafted its first nationally available, wine made with organic grapes with the 2005 vintage. Currently, 20 percent of Benziger's total wine production is made with organic grapes.
