DSCC is a full service heavy construction firm that provides contract services usually as a prime contractor in the areas of asphalt paving, demolition, excavation, clearing and grubbing, underground utilities and landscaping. As a licensed general contractor, DSCC provides heavy construction services to the public and private sector's. Our customers include the U.S. Department of Defense, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority, the City of Richmond, Henrico County, Virginia Electric and Power Company, and many of the major commercial and industrial firms throughout the region.
