ACNB Corporation is a financial holding company that, through its banking and non-banking subsidiaries, provides a range of banking and financial services to individuals and businesses, including commercial and retail banking, trust and investment management, and insurance. The Company’s operations are conducted through its primary operating subsidiary, Adams County National Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a full-service commercial bank operating under charter from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Its principal market area is Adams County, Pennsylvania, which is located in southcentral Pennsylvania. The main office of the Bank is located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to its main office, the Bank has 14 branches in Adams County, three branches in York County and three branches in Cumberland County, as well as a loan production office in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
