We purchase grains from local farmers to make the finest, freshest local Malt possible for our areas' craft brewers and distillers. We modify these grains the traditional way; on the floor! We also offer educational tours to the public on our floor malting process. Please call for availability and rates. We have limited Home Brewing supplies for sale including hops from our yard!
