We facilitate growth in both areas at our Instructor Training Workshops, at each special event we host, and in every Body & Soul Class. Encouragement of Believersâ€" We provide an atmosphere of encouragement and support for each of our instructors and students who already know Christ so they can be more effective for the kingdom. Outreach and Evangelismâ€" It has always been of high importance for us to reach out to those who do not know Jesus Christ personally, drawing them step by step to trust Him as their personal Savior. Reaching the Worldâ€" We see Body & Soul as a key strategy in international evangelism, reaching people of all nationalities for global impact. Caring and Connectionâ€" Our classes provide a safe environment where women and men can come together for physical fitness in an atmosphere of support, connection, and discipleship. Excellence in all we doâ€" We value excellence in our teaching, leadership, and carrying out of the ministry. We are willing to invest time to do everything with excellence, as ambassadors for the Lord in the field of physical fitness and health. Worshipâ€" We create an atmosphere of worship in our classes which turns our eyes to Jesus and draws all of our students to see God as the blessed controller of all things.
