Weaver Partners launched in 2002 during a time when the industry saw many recruiting firms downsizing and closing their doors. Because of its leadership's passion for the industry and results, Weaver Partners seized the opportunity of the downshift in economy as a platform for improvement. With so many search firms focused on the next fee, Weaver Partners takes a different approach. We focus on 360-degree relationship management with clients, candidates and our internal staff. With specialized divisions, Weaver Partners provides focused searches for clients' recruiting needs and continues that focus beyond the hire. We have aligned ourselves with NAPS, the National Association of Personnel Services, which was formed in 1961 to represent our profession in critical legislative arenas in Washington, DC. NAPS' mission statement follows: The mission of National Association of Personnel Services is to "Proactively serve, protect, inform, and represent all facets of the personnel services industry regarding federal legislation and regulatory issues by providing education, certification, and member services which enhance the ability to conduct business with integrity and competence."
