Concerned with protecting the interests of Crow Bar's well known clientele, Cole hired his sister, Cathy Hovey, as his business administrator. Cathy has a Master's degree from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts and spent many years developing her business skills as a purchasing director for several large corporations. With a renowned architect as a father, the siblings grew up in the home building business, developing an appreciation for fine craftsmanship and pride in workmanship. The company has purposely remained small, taking on no more than 3 projects at a time due to the intricate designs and custom appointments involved in a Crow Bar project.
