Deer Run Campground is the former Moyer’s Mountain Retreat, purchased by an organization that not only intends to return it to its past glory, but to make it into the absolute best. The surrounding area offers shopping, antiques, shows, hiking, and fishing. We are located 75 yards from the famed Appalachian trail, a short distance to the Gettysburg Battlefield, Carlisle and the State Capitol in Harrisburg.
