Robert Bivin owns & operates Bivin’s Excavating and Remodeling, Inc., established in 1979 (previously Bivin's Construction). He installs water & sewer lines and builds single family homes, townhouses, 4-plexes and develops vacant land. He started building “super-insulated” homes in 1985. Believing in the Energy Star way, he is a member of the Building Contractors Assoc. of SW Idaho.
