Rush Salon & Spa is located in the Crofton Station Shopping Center (near Giant) off Route 3 North in Gambrills, Maryland. Rush! Hours: T - F 10 am - 8 pm, Saturday 9 am - 5 pm. Rush! is closed on Sundays, Mondays and major holidays. Rush! is now under new management. Grand Re-Opening coming in early 2006! Appointments: Please come early for your appointment to make sure that your service runs without a hitch. We cannot guarantee service for those who are late. Cancellations: Please call us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. More than one missed appointment will require a credit card payment in advance. Packages and groups must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount. Rush! cannot foresee interrupted appointments due to bad weather, illness, emergency, death, etc. If a service provider is unable to work, Rush! will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment in a timely and satisfactory manner. Children: At no time are kids under the age of 15 allowed to receive services without a parent or guardian's presence. Smoking: The smoking of anything is not allowed anywhere on Rush! premises. Products: Select products with receipt may be returned within 30 days of purchase for Rush! credit only. All jewelry, clothing and cosmetics are final sale. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks with a valid drivers license. Rush Quality Service Policy: All of our services are guaranteed for the work and outcome agreed upon during the consultation. Please be sure you know the services you are requesting and booking. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please let us know within one week of your visit and we will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given. Tips: Tips are not included in the price of our services unless stated otherwise. We suggest the following guidelines for tipping: 15-20% of the total bill and $1 to $2 for "quickie" services and shampoos.
