Elachee Nature Science Center is a non-profit, environmental education center that offers field-trip classes for students, summer day camp, and a variety of public programs as well as a museum with nature and live animal exhibits. Located in the biologically diverse 1400-acre Chicopee Woods Nature Preserve which serves as an ideal outdoor classroom with 10 miles of hiking trails. Elachee's mission is to promote environmental understanding through education and conservation.
