Founded in January 1999, Primawave Photonics set out to become a prominent design manufacturer of fiberoptic components for the telecommunications industry. Since then we have made steady advancements toward this goal. We have assembled an experience management team to guide us through these early growing years. Primawave intends to contribute to the rapid and seamless expansion of the telecommunications industry by becoming a leading supplier of fiberoptic components and test equipment. Located in the greater Silicon Valley region, we are ideally situated in the world's hub for technological innovations where the next fantastic breakthrough seems only an arm length away. We firmly believe that the strength of our company lies in our Research & Development program. A team of highly qualified researchers with combined experience of over 500 years heads our R&D program. Presently, the team is working on our second-generation fiberoptic products scheduled to be released throughout 2001 and 2002. Primawave's current product line includes Optical Switch, Tunable Laser Source, Fixed Wavelength Laser Source, Variable Optical Attenuator, Fiber Coupler and Wavelength Division Multiplexer.
