After the completion of the acquisition, Dell looks forward to continuing to serve and build upon Everdream's significant portfolio of existing customers and channel partners. Everdream products will continue to be available to end customers and through channel partners. Everdream technologies will also be incorporated into future Dell service offerings after the acquisition.
