At Waterwheel Café we are providing convenience to local residents by having a dining opportunity in our small community. We are maintaining the “old town look” of the original building by strengthening and beautifying the 120 year old structure so that it will remain standing for yet another 120 years. Waterwheel Café is located at the corner of Routes 366 and 38 at the four-way stop in Freeville, just a short drive from Ithaca and Cortland, New York.
