Flowers by the Bay is located in Freeland on the south end of beautiful Whidbey Island. Established in 1990, we continued to grow to offer excellent customer service, unique designs and custom personalized floral arrangements. Flowers by the Bay also offers an exquisite array of orchid plants, terrariums, lucky bamboo, house plants, living gardens, baskets and unusual flower pots. An ever changing line of gift-ware can also be seen displayed in our bay windows and throughout the shop. Lamps, candles, wind-chimes, plush, balloons, wall hangings, home decor and so much more. The shop is redecorated with every season and holiday.
