The Fredericktowne Players will encourage and provide an outlet for all levels of area talent, enabling them to perform, learn, and practice in a variety of theatrical experiences. The Fredericktowne Players will provide learning and apprenticeship opportunities in all aspects of the theater to enhance the capability of volunteers to take leadership roles in the production of performances. In addition, the organization will enhance theater education through scholarship programs, workshops, and seminars. The Fredericktowne Players will work to make the organization and its productions and activities accessible and affordable to all residents of the community by reaching out to include special and diverse audiences. The Fredericktowne Players will develop the ongoing leadership for the board of directors and other positions that will work to increase the organizational and financial capacity of the Players to serve the community. The Fredericktowne Players will work to bring about excellence and a commitment to quality in all of the organization's endeavors. The Fredericktowne Players will be sensitive to the community and work to integrate the theatrical arts into the life of the community.
