LogiCad3D was founded in October 1998 as a joint venture between Magellan/SpaceMouse developer Space Control GmbH and Logitech, a leading manufacturer of human interface devices. Backed by this major partner with access to worldwide distribution facilities and many years of experience in the computer market, the Magellan/SpaceMouse is presently building on and expanding its success worldwide. Logitech's participation in LogiCad3D underlines the company's commitment to this new market segment. LogiCad3D has its European headquarters in the Bavarian town of Seefeld near Munich, Germany and its U.S. headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.
