The Harlan County Detention Center is a full service correctional facility offering all available alternatives to incarceration to include Pretrial Services, Home Detention and Work Release, as well as traditional incarcerations and imprisonment for offenders either awaiting trial or sentenced to the Harlan County Detention Center.
