MMIB maintains a reference library of FDA/USDA regulatory guidelines, which not only monitor changes in regulatory sensitivity by product, packer and country, but also monitor the posture of different FDA/USDA offices around the country. Because regulations are issued in guideline form, each office is allowed to use its own discretion. We are therefore able to track the operating differences from one entry district to another. MMIB handles all necessary communications with Food Regulatory Agencies and directs all appeal efforts, thereby guaranteeing you the benefit of our expertise, and relieving you of the burden of handling these complicated actions yourselves. Our offices are strategically located on both coasts, in Fountain Valley, Southern California and Boston, Massachusetts, with our corporate headquarters in Park City, Utah. From these vantage points, we review the trading history of selected product lines, by country of origin and packing house and can respond to your questions from three major time zones.
