Registration & Refund Information,At any time prior to a seminar, registration fees may be transferred to a different date, topic, location, or to another individual at no charge. Registration fees are refunded in full if cancellation is requested 7 days prior to seminar date. Otherwise, refunds incur a $20 processing fee per seminar. Bell assumes no responsibility for cancelled seminars other than the refund of your seminar fee. Courses are subject to cancellation at approximately 2 weeks prior to seminar date if enrollments do not meet minimum capacity requirements determined by Bell.
