The Response Center is a full service national market research firm with total on-premise capabilities to handle all aspects of a market research project - from research and questionnaire design through analysis and report. While our research experience covers virtually all industries, we concentrate in 8 specific business sectors - financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, energy & utilities, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, professional associations. Each practice is directed by an Account Executive experienced in market research of the specific industry. The Response Center has two large data collection sites utilizing the latest CATI technologies, fully automated and electronically connected. We utilize the latest on-line sampling software; we employ digitized voice software that enables us to digitally record all telephone surveys for several purposes - interviewer training, quality control monitoring, recording responses for clients. An essential element of the firm's 'excellence where it counts' is the project direction staff. The project directors are responsible for the day-to-day management of the research projects. Their resolve ensures quality work that is completed on-spec, on-time and on-budget. The project directors are not only skilled project managers, but savvy researchers as well, bringing experience in questionnaire design, analysis and reporting to each project they handle. We utilize a comprehensive set of checkpoints in sampling, survey programming and administration, interviewer monitoring and supervision, and back-end data cleaning to ensure results are of the highest possible caliber.
