Our founder, Shelly Patinella, began his career in food service over 25 years ago in the concession business. A few years ago Shelly noticed his customers were changing their eating habits, they still wanted to be served quickly, but wanted a healthy alternative to the “normal” food choices they had and at a fair price. He introduced his grilled chicken rice bowls to much fan delight.
