Morgan Federal Bank and its sister company, Northern Colorado Title Services Co., Inc., are subsidiaries of Morgan Financial Corp., a unitary savings and loan holding company. Morgan Federal Bank was founded in 1935, and is the only savings and loan association headquartered in Morgan County, Colorado.
