R.I. Heller and Co., LLC was founded by our current President and CEO William N. Plamondon III in 1998 based in Chicago, Illinois. "Our company, named after my grandfather and great grandfather and their business, was conceptualized on a cocktail napkin and brought to life with a team of top executives, most with finance backgrounds, but all with experience in running a business," said Bill. "We started working primarily with troubled companies and have been fortunate to have the opportunity to strategically manage our growth strategy to include mergers and acquisitions, growing companies, franchising opportunities, and roll-ups." Demand for our company's expertise and services led to our expansion moving the home office to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the addition of offices strategically located throughout the United States.
