Gryphon Construction, LLC has implemented a full range of services that are available for use by both our clients as well as our in-house management teams. The Client Services Division is involved throughout the entire process from design development through construction activities and on to the final turn over of the building to the Owner. Some of the services provided include: Quality Control - By having the Client Services Division involved in every aspect of the construction process, we can utilize real time inspections to help monitor our quality processes and implement the changes required to maintain the quality that we expect and that our clients deserve. Mold Inspection and Remediation - The Client Services Division has personnel on our staff that are trained and certified in the most up to date and current requirements and procedures of environmental inspection and remediation. Warranty Service - We have two fully equipped service vans ready to respond to the needs of our clients. Project Close Out - Our staff can perform pre-turnover inspections and coordination of corrective actions that may be required. We also work with our Developer clients to handle unit owner walkthrough inspections for acceptance and closings of the units. Turn Over - Our experience in the process of turning over a project to the final owners allows us to coordinate with inspection engineers and building owners to provide a smooth transition when our projects are completed.
