Our 2007 User Conference is an interactive experience which allows us to better communicate with executives, managers, and end users of RockySoft´s applications. This event is designed to facilitate customized training in Inventory Management practices and RockySoft software. We seek feedback on what RockySoft can do to better serve our users and to improve their RockySoft experience. The RockySoft Inventory Management Workshop is a 1 day event designed to provide in-depth examination of best in class inventory management practices. An examination of supply chain management practices provides a better understanding of what companies can do to increase customer service/product availability, decrease their inventory carrying costs such as carrying appropriate levels of safety stock and stay aware of demand and supplier variability. Upon completion of this workshop, participants have a better understanding of the steps they can take to meet their customer service objectives, reduce their carrying costs and improve their bottom line overall.
