Triple Point Biologics began in 1994 and provides purified antibodies and proteins to study proteolysis. We make antibodies to the Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs and MTMMPs) and their endogenous inhibitors (Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinases, TIMPs). We also produce antibodies to the Calpains (Calcium-activated neutral papain-like proteinases), and their endogenous inhibitor, calpastatin. In addition we make antibodies to the ADAMs (A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase) Proteinases and ADAMTS (A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase with Thrombospondin motif) proteinases. We also make antibodies to Insulysin, RECK, Matriptase-1, Matriptase-2, HAI-1, BMP-1, and the regulatory subunit of PKA. We are introducing antibodies to the Furin prohormone convertase enzymes, the Dipeptidyl peptidases and the kallikreins, so check back as these products are released. Our products can be used in a wide variety of applications, including Western blotting, zymography and reverse zymography.
