Founded in 1992, J. Lieb Foods is known for specializing in serving niche markets, its knowledgeable and industry-respected personnel, plant capabilities (as described in the Capabilities section), and growing its capacity to keep pace with expanding customer needs. A. James Lieb, President and CEO of J. Lieb Foods, has nearly thirty years of food processing management experience. He has both a Masters and Bachelors degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University. Jim has put together a management team with over 100 years of combined experience in the food processing industry. J. Lieb Foods is strategically located just outside the Portland, Oregon Metro area in Forest Grove, Oregon. With ready access to ingredients and supplies from the greater Portland area as well as other West Coast suppliers, our location provides easy access and short turn-around times for shipping. Our plant is located adjacent to a cold storage and freezing facility, making convenient access to frozen ingredients possible for both customers and our production needs.
