California Sun Tanporiums was established in Pennsylvania in 1988, it was a small independent salon with only 7 tanning beds and 2 employees. Today, California Sun USA, Inc. has 3 company owned Tanporiums and now has 8 franchised salons. Nominated as one of the Top 250 Salons in the USA by Looking Fit Magazine. California Sun Tanporiums has proven that our concept is successful and growing fast. The owners Tammi and Mike Hrycay have worked together for 12 years to create a very upscale salon with the best tanning equipment and prices to fit everyone's needs. The shared vision of the company founders was to offer a professional alternative to tanning enthusiasts: one that focused on client education, convenience, and elegance. All in the four walls of an inviting salon with all private rooms, relaxing atmosphere and the cleanliness clients should demand. We use hospital sanitizers to insure cleanliness, we pride ourselves on our appearance. Our equipment manufacturers have built state-of-the-art tanning equipment designed specifically for California Sun Tanporiums. Our mix of equipment gives clients the choice of using stand up VHR 160 watt Sun Capsules, our VHR 160 watt Xtreme Bed or 100 watt Ultra beds. Each piece of equipment in every California Sun Tanporiums is maintained on a continuous basis to enable reliability and durability to all of our clients. Our bulbs are changes after a certain number of hours to insure that every client is getting the tan they expect and deserve.
