Q-Gold Resources Limited is Canada-based mining company. The Company has 100% interest in the Cousineau Tract near Mine Centre, Ontario. As of January 25, 2007, it had an option to acquire both mining and surface rights in the Kenora Mining Division of Ontario. As of February 16, 2007, the Company had an option to acquire assets of Nipigon Gold Resources Ltd. On June 19, 2007, the Company acquired options on 1,638 acres of patented land in the Rainy River area of Ontario, adjacent to the Company’s 2,600 acres of staked claims. On July 19, 2007, the Company announced it had acquired an option to acquire 1,000 acres adjoining its Iron Ridge Prospect on the western shore of Bad Vermilion Lake.
