Blanchard Valley Medical Associates was founded in 1974 by Dr. William Kose. Dr. Thomas Mount and Dr. Ronald Pohlmeyer joined Dr. Kose in 1975. Dr. Leroy Schroeder and Dr. Michael Lindamood joined in 1976, and by 1980 BVMA had seven full-time physicians.
