ESM, founded in 1982, provides civil engineering, surveying, project management, land planning, landscape architecture, GIS to both public and private sector clients. Our office staff of 130 consists of engineers, technicians, planners, surveyors and support staff located in Federal Way, Bothell, and Ellensburg WA offices. We routinely operate eight to twelve field survey crews and have the ability to respond quickly to project needs.
