TOLAS is a solutions-oriented company with solid technological capability and leadership products. We have integrated coating and converting operations, with heavy emphasis on product development. TOLAS converts medical grade DuPont Tyvek® , reinforced and surgical kraft papers, laminated and co-extruded films, and multi-layer foil constructions. Our converting operation is equipped for printing, die-cutting, pouching, slitting, laminating, and sheeting. Our unparalleled expertise in heat-seal coating technology is demonstrated in our SealScience® line of coated materials. Available overall coated or zone coated with our proprietary FDA approved adhesives, our EtO, autoclave and radiation sterilizable packaging provide uniform peel strength and seals and peels cleanly and easily. Our adhesive coatings provide a visible seal transfer for visual inspection and assurance of seal integrity. The Promedicon® Division of TOLAS Healthcare Packaging is a contract manufacturer of specialty components for medical device applications and a supplier of conductive coated materials for medical electronics. We offer technical support, material sourcing and component manufacturing in confidential partnerships with medical device manufacturers worldwide. Promedicon® is built on a foundation of research, integrated manufacturing, value and responsiveness. TOLAS and its affiliated companies include a 50,000 square foot converting operation in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a 20,000 square foot coating operation in suburban Cincinnati, Ohio. To assist you in package development we have offices throughout the US as well as in-house sales and customer service. For technical assistance running our materials on your equipment we offer technical support at your location or training at our home office.
