Instead of quickly processing the same issue time and again, Mr. Miller decided to establish a practice which was capable of and equipped to handle most legal issues that either an individual or a business would face. Mr. Miller sees the legal field as a true profession with honor, integrity, and dedication to service. An attorney is a true advocate, offering zealous representation for clients. Any employee brought into the Law Office of John B. Miller, LLC is given a handbook with an opening letter reminding the employee that every issue should be pursued with diligence as the client's life will be affected by the work done in our office. Unlike service fields where problems are more easily remedied, an attorney's work can have dramatic effects on the client's life. With this in mind, Mr. Miller wants the firm to establish a relationship with each client so that legal services can be tailored to client needs. Through establishing a strong relationship with the client, the client knows that his/her attorney can be trusted to handle any matter with diligence. It is the opinion of the firm that it is better to have attorneys you know and trust who are willing to work on multiple issues than it is to have to go to a different attorney that the client may or may not know for each legal need. In the long run, this means that our office has more legwork to do for each matter, but we believe that it is more important to provide quality tailored service than to quickly process many issues without understanding the individual needs of each particular client.
